A 30 m² quadruple room offers a mountain-and-valley outlook for up to four people. Standard Double and Standard Quadruple rooms have no mountain view, at 18 and 25 m² respectively.

Sa Pa Lake is 750 m from the hotel, and Sa Pa Bus Station is 600 m away. The central streets connect the town’s main services and sights.

Direct sleeper buses run from Hanoi to Sa Pa in about 5 to 6 hours. Overnight train passengers reach Lao Cai railway station, about 35 km from town, and continue up the mountain road by bus or taxi for roughly an hour. Noi Bai Airport is about 320 km away, with a road journey of around 5 to 6 hours. From Sa Pa Bus Station, the final approach to Fanxipang Street can be made on foot or by taxi. Public parking is available nearby and may incur a charge.

Ham Rong Garden - Ham Rong Mountain (700 m) rises above Sa Pa and has garden paths and viewpoints over the town. Cat Cat Village (800 m) is a Hmong village below the centre; Fansipan Legend (1.7 km) is the cable-car station serving Fansipan, whose summit reaches 3,143 m. Thac Bac Waterfall (Silver Falls) is 7.2 km away on the road towards O Quy Ho Pass. The hotel’s balconies and restaurant terrace look towards the mountains and Mường Hoa Valley; terraces there are green from June to August and golden in September and early October. December to February is cold and often foggy, while March to May and September to November are generally more settled.
